- How does the free trial work?
- Sign up without a credit card. The trial includes the data, mapping tools and trial reports, subject to our fair use terms. After the trial, use pay-per-report pricing or subscribe to Professional.
- What are KYE and CMA reports?
- KYE (Know Your Environment) reports cover land, climate and environmental conditions for a rural property. CMA (Comparative Market Analysis) reports compare rural property sales and listings. Each report costs $50 on the Free plan. Professional and Enterprise include reports in the subscription.
- Is Agtuary Estimate included in a plan?
- Agtuary Estimate, the rural automated valuation model, is included on Professional and Enterprise. It covers New South Wales, Queensland, South Australia, Western Australia, Tasmania and the Australian Capital Territory. Victoria and the Northern Territory are not currently supported.
- Can I switch between monthly and yearly billing?
- Yes. You can switch between monthly ($199/mo) and yearly ($1,999/yr) billing at any time. The yearly plan saves you $389 per year - that's 16% off.
- What does 'fair use' mean for reports?
- Fair use means reports are intended for genuine professional use. We don't impose hard limits, but we reserve the right to review accounts generating unusually high volumes. The vast majority of users will never be affected. Full details are in our terms of service.
- What's included in the mobile app?
- Professional includes the mobile property inspection app on iOS and Android. Capture photos, notes and inspection details offline, then sync them when coverage returns. The app can also generate an inspection report.
