CMA (Comparative Market Analysis) reports deliver data-driven sales comparisons specialised for rural property. On the Free plan, each report costs $50. On Professional and Enterprise plans, reports are included at no additional cost.

Can I switch between monthly and yearly billing?

Yes. You can switch between monthly ($199/mo) and yearly ($1,999/yr) billing at any time. The yearly plan saves you $389 per year - that's 16% off.

What does 'fair use' mean for reports?

Fair use means reports are intended for genuine professional use. We don't impose hard limits, but we reserve the right to review accounts generating unusually high volumes. The vast majority of users will never be affected. Full details are in our terms of service.

What's included in the mobile app?

Professional subscribers get access to our mobile property inspection app, available on iOS. Capture inspection data on-site - even offline - and sync it back to the platform. You can generate inspection reports from the app that include photos, notes, and all recorded information. It's built for valuers, agents, and anyone who needs to record data in the field.
